AIKO Kata Master Seminar and Award Ceremony in Hungary This past weekend the AIKO Hungary branch held the AIKO Kata Master Seminar and Award Ceremony in Hungary, Attila Hartyányi Sensei thought the first five Katas of the AIKO to the applicants with black belt. The seminar went really well, it was effective, informative and and there was a good mood. Also the participants received their the official Dan certificates
AIKO Seminar 22-23 April Zuidlaren

Kihon Ashihara camp 2017
OSU, Since 2013 Sportschool Kihon organises the Ashihara winter-/spring camp. Of course we will organise this camp again in 2017, for the fifth time in a row.
