Updated Kata Syllabus and Renewed Grading Syllabus

OSU, We have changed the Kata syllabus because we had some small errors in the text, from now on the latest version is 102017. We also made a complete new version of the Grading syllabus, this now also reflects the new style as the Kata Syllabus. The version of this document is also 102017.
